According to the mentioned extract:

• the total number of authorized common shares of the company makes up 3,815,240 pieces;
• 2,099,264 common shares of the company are outstanding;
• the Company's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of the total outstanding shares of the company is KS8 HOLDING B.V.
