/KASE, June 2, 2020/ – As announced earlier, the Listing Commission of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), made a decision to include the following bonds of Baiterek Development (Nur-Sultan) in KASE Official List main market's "bonds" category on June 1, 2020:

• KZ2C00006807 (KZT1,000, KZT200.0 bn; 10 years, annual coupon, 6.02 % APR; 30/360);
• KZ2C00006815 (KZT1,000, KZT200.0; 11 years, annual coupon, 6.02 % APR; 30/360);
• KZ2C00006823 (KZT1,000, KZT100.0; 12 years, annual coupon, 6.02 % APR; 30/360);
• KZ2C00006831 (KZT1,000, KZT100.0; 12 years, annual coupon, 6.02 % APR; 30/360).

This decision of the Listing Commission came into effect on June 2, 2020.

Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally.
