Sberbank Kazakhstan introduced an online service for signing a loan documentation for corporate clients

/KASE, April 24, 2020/ – Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following press release of April 24, 2020:

In order to support business taking into account current events in the world and Kazakhstan Sberbank suggested the borrowers being legal entities to use a new innovative electronic document management system which allows to exchange loan documentation with the Bank without leaving your home within 24 hours and from around the world.

The electronic document management system enables the Bank and borrowers to exchange documents signed using electronic digital signature (EDS).

In addition to sending ordinary documents to the Bank that require a handwritten signature - reports, letters, statements, and so on, the system allows for two- and three-sided agreement of financing agreements, pledge contracts, including under DAMU programs.

The advantage of using the system is that it allows to sign documents to participants in a loan process, even if they are in different cities and countries. The system is characterized by a high degree of information security, all customer data is under reliable protection.
