/KASE, April 30, 2019/ – BAST (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of the general meeting of its shareholders dated April 17, 2019, the following persons were appointed to its Board of Directors:

• A. Sirazitdinov – member of the Board of Directors;
• S. Ryaskov – independent director.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of BAST consists of five persons: V. Ospanov, R. Temirgaliev, A. Tashtitov, A. Sirazitdinov, S. Ryaskov.
