Due to the preparation of the "Report of the representative of bondholders of the Issuer Kazinvestbank for the fourth quarter of 2018", the Company has made a formal request to the Liquidation Commission of Kazinvestbank JSC (appointed by the order No. 56 of the Chairman of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 24.01.2018).

According, to the reply of the Liquidation Commission of Kazinvestbank JSC to the Company's request ... the Liquidation Commission of Kazinvestbank JSC sees no need for providing the requested information.

Due to the above-mentioned, by this letter we notify you that the Company cannot present the "Report of the representative of bondholders of the Issuer Kazinvestbank for the fourth quarter of 2018".
