/KASE, November 2, 2018/ - Bank RBK (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of the following:

Bank RBK (hereinafter, the Bank) informs that the following decisions related to the composition of the Bank’s Board of Directors were made during Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders of the Bank held on November 1, 2018:

• Paul Torsten, Chairman of the Board of Directors, was re-elected to the same position for another term.
• Azamat Sagatov, founder of Eclipse Group (the company manages projects in various business areas) was elected a Board of Directors’ member and an independent director.
• Anvar Saidenov and Dauren Orazayev’s powers as members of the Board of Directors were terminated.

Thus, in view of the changes made the Bank’s Board of Directors was formed as follows: Paul Torsten (BoD chairman), Natalya Akentiyeva, Bolatbek Zhainazarov and Azamat Sagatov (BoD members).

The reshuffle in the Board of Directors was made because of the exiting members’ desire to focus on other areas of professional activities that do not allow positions overlapping.
