/KASE, April 4, 2018/ – By the decision of the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), new KASE internal documents Rules for Admittance on KASE Startup Platform (the Rules) and Regulation on the Procedure for Concluding Transactions and Settlements on KASE Startup Market (Regulation) were put into effect on April 2, 2018, and approved by the KASE Board of Directors’ resolution dated March 14, 2018.

The Rules determine conditions and procedure for admittance of participatory interest in the charter capital of limited liability partnerships on KASE Startup market and their presence on this market, conditions and procedure for compiling lists of startup projects and presence of projects in these lists as well as conditions and procedure for accreditation of investors on KASE Startup market.

The Regulation sets main parameters for concluding transactions and making settlements on KASE Startup market.
