/IRBIS, Oct 30, 01/ - Production of Pavlodar petrochemical plant CJSC (PPCP) in Kazkhstan has risen 2.2 times on results for nine months of current year.

As it was informed by oblast department of industry, trade and business development, in January-September,2001 production of oil products at PPCP amounted 1,417 th. tons against 644 th. tons in similar period of last year. Production of gasoline from the beginning of year has accounted 388 th. tones, that twice as much as in corresponding period of last year (193 th. tones), gas oils - 455 th. tons that also twice larger than for first nine months of year 2000 (222 th. tons).

Current year it is planned on the plant to refine 2 million tons of oil against 1.1 million tons last year, in January-September 1,423 th. tons that is 71% of annual volume, were refined.
