/IRBIS, July 23, 01/ - Public relations department of National securities commission informed that on July 18 of this year NSC accepted documents to approve first issue bonds' (KZ2C3AJK6A19, $10, $280 th; June 21, 2000 - June 21, 2001, annual coupon 18.0% APR ) repayment results of RENATA LLP (Almaty region, Iliyskiy district, Energeticheskiy village; products industry for consumers, trade in retail and wholesale, design service and etc.) amounting $318,500

Bonds were traded at Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) in Non listing securities sector, under secondary admission level from July 31, 2000 (trade code - RENTb). No deals were made during the whole bonds trade. On April 11, 2001 the last bonds offer took place at net price 100.3359%, that corresponds to 15.00% APR revenue. Offer bonds were absent during the whole trade.

According to NSC data the report on bonds issue offer was registered on November 2, 2000.
