/KASE, May 24, 2016/ – Kazkommertsbank (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) , has informed KASE "of rating agency Standard & Poor's Rating Services downgrading the long-term rating of Kazkommertsbank from "В-"to "ССС+"; ratings of subordinated bonds were downgraded from "ССС" to "ССС-" and perpetual subordinated bonds – from "ССС-" to "СС" according to S&P statement dated May 16, 2016".
