According to the mentioned extract:

• the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C57780013 of the bank is equal to 13,500,000 pieces, preferred shares KZ1P57780119 – 1,500,000 pieces;
• 8,231,140 common shares and 1,000,000 preferred shares are outstanding;
• persons, each of whom owns company shares in the quantity of five and more percent of the total number of outstanding shares of the company, are:
