/KASE, September 10, 14/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated September 9, 2014 ordinary shares KZ1C45790017 (ISIN – KZ1C00001056) of Insurance company "Kazakhmys" JSC (Almaty) have been included in the third category of KASE official list.

The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally after the issuer fulfills terms set in item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules".

Opening of KASE trading in these shares will also be announced additionally.

The issue was entered in the state registry of serial securities under No. А4579.
