Annual general meeting of Mineral Resources of Central Asia shareholders scheduled for May 30, 2014 failed to take place due to no quorum
/KASE, June 4, 14/ – Mineral Resources of Central Asia JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE "of moving the general meeting of shareholders to June 20, 2014 due to absence of quorum".
