/KASE, January 6, 14/ – Alliance Bank (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), today provided KASE with the following press-release:

The Bank's Board of Directors on December 28, 2103 (Decision No. 28 of December 28, 2013) took a unanimous decision to appoint Nadezhda Butchukina, a member of the Board of Directors, a person authorized to carry out functions of the Chairman of Board of Directors in case of his absence.

Upon results of voting at the Special general meeting of the Bank's shareholders held on December 30, 2013 (Minutes No. 04/13 of December 30, 2013), it was decided by simply majority of votes:

1. To early terminate authorities of the following members of Alliance Bank's Board of Directors:

- Mira Koshkimbaeva – Chairman of Board of Directors;

- Zhuldyz Akhmetkalieva – member of Board of Directors.

2. To appoint the following members of Board of Directors with a term of office lasting until expiry of the Bank's Board of Directors terms of office as a whole:

- Aidar Ryskulov – member of Board of Directors (representative of interests of SWF "Samruk-Kazyna";

- Timur Isataev – member of Board of Directors (Chairman of Management Board of Alliance Bank);

- Saodat Tashpulatova – independent director – a member of Board of Directors.

3. This decision is effective as of the moment of its taking.
