/KASE, November 27, 13/ – ASIA AVTO (Oskemen), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with copies of notices from the Committee on Control and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) of September 2, 2013.

According to the documents provided, as of October 10, 2013 the FSC NBK annulled the following bond issues of ASIA AVTO due to the buyout of associated rights of claim:

• KZPC1Y03C348 (ASAVb1; KZT1,000, KZT1.0 bn; January 3, 2007 – January 3, 2010, semi-annual coupon indexed at inflation rate, 8.90 % p.a. for the final coupon period; 30/360);
• KZPC2Y03C346 (ASAVb2; KZT1,000, KZT2.0 bn; April 30, 2007 – April 30, 2010, semi-annual coupon indexed at inflation rate, 7.50 % p.a. for the final coupon period; 30/360).
