Following resolution No. 259 of Management Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 11, 2013 a decision was taken to suspend for one month the license of joint-stock company "SB "RBS (Kazakhstan)", for baking transactions and other operations and activities on the securities market, with regard to opening deposits and individual accounts based on sub-item b) item 2 article 47, item 1-2 of article 48 of Kazakhstan's Act "On banks and banking activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan" for systematic (three and more times within twelve consecutive calendar months) violation of requirements provided for in Kazakhstan's Act "On countering laundering of illegal revenues and financing of terrorism.
