Fitch IBCA also has confirmed a rating of Eurobonds of KAZKOMMERTS INTERNATIONAL B.V. - affiliated company, registered in the Netherlands with the purpose of capital attraction in the international markets - at the B+ level. The three-years Eurobonds (XS0081674359) were issued) on the sum of $100 million with redemption on May, 2001 and 11.25% p.a. coupon.

KAZKOMMERTSBANK is excluded from the Fitch IBCA list of the candidate for rating decrease. The renting of bank support has remained at the 4T level.
