/KASE, February 11, 13/ - JSC "HOMEBROKER" (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "on February 1, 2013 there was a change in the composition of shareholders owning ten and more per cent of voting shares of JSC "HOMEBROKER", namely: LLP "Alpari Service" acquired 62.9987% of voting shares of JSC "HOMEBROKER".
