/IRBIS, November 22, 2011/ - Concern "Tsesna-Astyk" LLP (Almaty, hereinafter - Company), whose stocks are officially listed at KASE, has provided KASE with the copy of minutes of meeting of the stockholders from November 9, 2011.

According to the presented document the stockholders decided the following:

- to give consent of the company to dispose of the shopping center with total area of 8,255.1 square m., with a land area of 1.1272 hectares at a price of KZT 1,400,000,000.0;

- to give consent of the company to dispose of the shopping center with total area of 13,405.3 sq. m., with a land area of 1.8877 hectares and buildings of repair shops with total area of 1,015.0 sq. km. m. with a land area of 0.4004 hectares at a price of KZT 2.150,000,000.0.
