/IRBIS, September 13, 2011/ - JSC "Astana Finance" in the framework approved by the Board of Directors of JSC "Astana Finance" project of Restructuring Plan announced plans to sell 100% stake of JSC "Bank "Astana-Finance", was stated in the message of "Astana Finance" released today.

As noted, JSC "Bank "Astana-Finance" has a license from August 24, 2011 # 1.1.257 for banking and other operations. The financial status of "Bank "Astana Finance" is available at: www.afn.kz and www.baf.kz.
