Analysts of JCS "BCC Invest" expect the following development on Kazakhstani market today:

- Aksu ferroalloy plant in ENRC to invest 3.1 billion tenge in the reconstruction of the smelter N4. The reconstruction is planned to expand production of low carbon ferrochrome to 40 thousand metric tons per year. Currently, this shop is mainly producing ferrosilicochrome and only 2 of 8 smelter furnaces N4 are focused on low-carbon ferrochrome production, explained the department. The project will be implemented in 2012, it cost will be 3.1 billion tenge (146.87 tenge/$ 1). Aksu ferroalloy plant produces 74% of the amount of ferro-alloys (1 million 292 thousand tons). The plant is one of the companies of "Kazchrome", made up as part of Aktobe Ferroalloy Plant and Donskoy (in the Aktobe region of Kazakhstan, in the west). According to analysts of JSC "BCC Invest" the message is moderately positive for the stock prices of ENRC PLC, as the company's progress shows in the investment program in the Ferroalloys Division. In the current investment program announced efforts to expand production capacity in Aksu with an estimated value $ 540 million, but the project status is "delayed." Analysts of JSC "BCC Invest" retain their current recommendation on the shares of ENRC PLC at "buy."
