/IRBIS, April 26, 2011/ - For the two months of 2011 the foreign trade volume between Kazakhstan and the CU went up 41.5%, the Minister of the Economical Development and Trade Kayrat Kelimbetov declared at today government sitting.

"The bulk of foreign commerce with the CU countries increased 41.5% - up to $2.9 billion and made 18.8% of Kazakhstan's total turnover.", - Kelimbetov said.

According to his information, Kazakhstani export to Russia increased 56%, to Belarus - by 2.6 times. The import from Russia to Kazakhstan went up 33%.
