/KASE, January 21, 11/ - National Atomic Company Kazatomprom (Almaty, hereinafter - the company), bonds of which are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, has provided to KASE an extract from shareholders registers system as of December 31, 2010.

Fondovy Tsentr (Almaty) is the company's registrar.

According to the extract:

• the total number of authorized shares of the company (only common KZ1C35200019) is equal to 36,692,361 unit;
• all authorized shares of the company have been placed;
• the sole shareholder of the company and, accordingly, the sole person that holds five and more percent from the total number of offered shares of the company is National Welfare Fund Samruk-Kazyna (Astana).
