Registrar is Registratorskaya sistema tsennykh bumag (Almaty).

According to the extract:

• the total number of the company's authorized shares (common shares KZ1C47660010 only) is equal to 214 units;
• all authorized shares have been placed;
• the only shareholder and, accordingly, the only person holding five or more percent of outstanding shares is the Republic of Kazakhstan represented by the Committee for state property and privatization of the Kazakhstan Finance Ministry.
