Customs Union Commission have discussed a draft agreement on coordinated macroeconomic policy
/IRBIS, September 21, 2010/ - The Board of the Customs Union of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan, today on September 21 at a meeting in Moscow, discussed the issues related to the formation of a single economic space (SES), according to today's press service of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
As stated in the CES developed about 20 of the Agreement, the preparations were discussed today at a meeting of the CCC. One priority is to draft agreement on a coherent macroeconomic policy. The main purpose of this Agreement is to define the directions of coherent macroeconomic policies of the Parties and the formation of principles, procedures and mechanism for its approval.
"Implementation of a coherent macroeconomic policies will bring together the macroeconomic parameters of the Parties and to ensure a stable macroeconomic situation in the EEA; improve internal stability and formation of common principles of the functioning of the economies of the Parties and their effective cooperation, and deepening of integration and increase the predictability of economic policy directions and development of the economies of the Parties "- it's stated in the message.
It is reported that at yesterday's 19th meeting of the Commission was devoted to the functioning of the Customs Union. The sides discussed issues of transition to special protective, antidumping and countervailing measures in the common customs territory of the Customs Union, a unified system of anti- dumping regulations, customs and tariff and non-tariff regulation.
