Board of Directors of JSC MAG (Kazakhstan) has decided to withdraw from the members of the Board Vice-Chairman of the Board Mr. Mailybaev T. A.
/IRBIS, September 3, 2010/ - JSC "MAG" (Almaty, hereinafter - Company), whose securities are included in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE copy of the minutes of the Board of Directors on June 18, 2010.
According to the documents submitted Board of Directors decided to June 18, 2010 to withdraw from the members of the Management Board Vice Chairman Mr. Mailybaev Aktai Temirbulatovich.
