/IRBIS, September 2, 2010/ - AB Logic (Almaty, hereinafter - the Company), whose securities are included in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE the copy of the minutes of annual general meeting of shareholders on May 26, 2010.

According to documents submitted shareholders of the company took the following decisions:

• approve the annual financial statements of the company for the year 2009;
• Distribution of net income and dividends for the year 2009 did not produce. Net profit in the amount of KZT121,554.0 thousand directed to the development of the company;
• identify LLP "BDO Kazakstanaudit" As the audit organization performing the external audit of the company in 2010.
