President of Kazakhstan will discuss with the Government the program of forced industrial-innovative development on Friday

/IRBIS, March 10, 2010/ - President of Kazakhstan Mr. Nursultan Nazarbayev at the end of this week, on Friday, will meet with government and the governors of the region concerning the program of forced industrial-innovation development, - it's announced by Mr. Karim Masimov Prime Minister of Kazakhstan in plenary Kazakhstan's legislative session today.

"The draft program of forced industrial-innovative development adopted by the Government and given to the signature of the head of state. On Friday, the head of state collects akims with the government to once again discuss and put the necessary points over the "i", - said K. Massimov.

As reported, 23 February 2010 at a meeting of the Government of Kazakhstan adopted a program of forced industrial-innovative development of Kazakhstan for 2010-2014. It is planned that within the framework of the program by 2014, Kazakhstan has achieved the following results: GDP growth - 50% from their 2008 levels, increased productivity - up to 50% in the manufacturing sector and 100% - in some sectors, bringing the share of non-commodity exports to 40%, reducing GDP energy consumption by 10% from their 2008 levels, as well as an increase to 10% share of innovative enterprises by number of companies.
