/IRBIS, February 23, 2010/ - Members of Majlis the Parliament of Kazakhstan today approved the second reading of the draft law "On introducing amendments and addenda to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on improvement of budget legislation.

"The bill is designed to implement the instructions of Head of State regarding the conservation committee of the financial control of the Ministry of Finance, as well as to align with the system of state planning, approved by Presidential Decree of June 18, 2009", - explained in the opinion of the Committee on Finance and Budget.

The main purpose of the bill is a further development of the budget legislation regarding the introduction of state planning and budgeting, results-oriented. The bill provides for changes and additions to the Budget and Tax Codes of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the laws "On normative legal acts", the Administrative Procedures Act, the local public administration and governance in the Republic of Kazakhstan, On concessions and On public procurements.
