/IRBIS, December 4, 09/ - Alcatel-Lucent SA (France) and Transtelecom JSC (Kazakhstan) have signed an agreement on the modernization of telecommunication network of JSC "Kazakhstan Temir Joly" (KTZ) in worth of USD 100 million, - it's added in a issued statement by Alcatel-Lucent SA today.
