The registrar is Registratorskaya sistema tsennykh bumag (Almaty).

According to the extract:

• Authorized shares (common stock only KZ1C49030014) - 63,060;
• All authorized shares were offered;
• The only entity holding five or more percent of outstanding shares is the Republic of Kazakhstan represented by the Committee for state property and privatization of the Kazakhstan Finance Ministry, owning all outstanding shares of the company.
