/KASE, September 15, 09/ - Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), an active member of a working group in corporate governance with the Association of Financiers of Kazakhstan (AFC), informed on an initiative of the Center for corporate governance and business ethics with AFC and International Business Scholl (IBS) with Kazakh Economical University named after T. Ryskulov on establishment of a new education program Executive MBA "Corporate governance". The program is intended for members of Boards of Directors and managers.

The program will be launched in October 2009. The presentation will be held September 17, 2009.

Program Peculiarities:

• A trainee will be a participant of real events, innovations and changes in corporate governance, thanks to supervisory control of experts and practicing Kazakhstan, Russian and foreign lawyers, economists, and advisers in corporate management.

• Each module of an international annual Program includes training by Russian and/or foreign professionals from international legal firm Heenan Blaikie LLP (Canada), Investment group "Aton" (Russia), BTA Bank (Kazakhstan), OAO Bank VTB (Russia) and others.
