Registratorskaya Sistema Tsennykh Bumag (Almaty) is the company registrar.

According to the extract:

• the total number of authorized shares of the company (only common KZ1C47660010) is 214 units;
• all authorized shares are offered;
• the sole person, holding the bank shares in the number of five and more percent from the total number of offered shares is the Republic of Kazakhstan in the person of the Committee on State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, whoch holds all offered shares.
