According to the provided document, shareholders of Lancaster Petroleum JSC made the following decisions:

• to confirm reorganization of Lancaster Petroleum JSC by Karpovskiy Severniy JSC split-off;
• to determine shares offering price of Karpovskiy Severniy JSC among shareholders of Lancaster Petroleum JSC;
