According to given document company's shareholders took the following decisions:

• "To rename Daughter mortgage organization of joint stock company BTA bank JSC in insurance company London-Almaty.
• To change the competence of company authority.
• To approve the company's charter in new edition.
• To approve re-registration of company in law enforcement agency of Kazakhstan republic.
