/KASE, February 6, 08/ - Concern Tsesna-Astyk LLP (Astana), being the listing company of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE), provided KASE with the copy of protocol of session of board of Concern Tsesna-Astyk LLP dated January 14, 2008.

According to the provided document by the Board of concern Tsesna-Astyk LLP were accepted the following decisions:

• to stop ahead of time the authorities of Chairman of observation council of Astyk-Logistic LLP Novik S.A. and exclude him from staff of observation council since January 14, 2008;
• to appoint Novik S.A. as director of Astyk-Logistic LLP since January 14, 2008;
• to select Agibayev M.K. as Chairman of observation council of Astyk- Logistic LLP;
• to include Ibragimov A.M. to the staff of observation council of Astyk- logistic LLP.

Astyk-Logistic LLP is the daughter organization of Concern Tsesna-Astyk LLP.
