On November 29, 2007 ABN AMRO Securities Kazakhstan LLP was admitted to members of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) under "A" category. Membership of given category gives the company right for participation in trades with all financial instruments, circulating on special trade floor of RFCA

ABN AMRO Securities Kazakhstan LLP is 100%-ge daughter company of ABN AMRO Bank N.V. created in the frames of RFCA and first broker company on RFCA, having the direct connection with leading international bank. Broker company will provide broker services to clients of ABN AMRO, interested in enclosing of deals on special trade floor of RFCA. Company will focus on provision of services to international financial organizations and current corporate clients of bank for organization and offering of bonds on rapidly developing local market, and also provision of services for initiating of listing of securities on Kazakhstan stock exchange. Company also will provide support to its colleagues from head office of ABN AMRO while offering of international issues of securities among Kazakhstan institutional investors. Company is aimed on provision of new innovative products in Kazakhstan, using longstanding experience of ABN AMRO.
