/KASE, October 15, 07/ - By decision of Exchange council of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) dated October 11, 2007 director of Information and analysis department of KASE Tsalyuk Andrey Yurievitch was selected as Vice-president of KASE and included to the staff of KASE's Board.

Tsalyuk A.Y. had taken up the duties in new post since October 15, 2007.

Till present time Board of KASE consisted from three persons: President of exchange Djoldasbekov A.M., first Vice-president Sabitov I.M. and Vice- president Babenov B.B.

Below is given the brief biography of Tsalyuk A.Y.

Tsalyuk A.Y. was born on October 10, 1960 in Kiev. In year 1982 he graduated from Leningrad state university, accepting the specialty "geologist- geochemist-lithologist" with specialization "marine geology". Till December 1991 was working in various geological organizations of USSR on Far East and Kazakhstan, specializing on exploration of native and gravel fields of gold. Since December 1991 - engineer-programmer in the material-technical supply service of PO Volkovgeologiya.

Since November 1992 till December 1996 Tsalyuk A.Y. was working in Information agency Semirechye LLP (Almaty), where he had taken the post of head of Information department, and later deputy information director. In this period of his activity he had created the commercial information service, specializing on gathering, provision and analysis of information about world financial and commodity markets. Success of his command were noticed, as the result of which in December 1996 it was invited to exchange, where Tsalyuk A. had taken the post of Information and analysis department head. In year 2007 Tsalyuk was assigned as director of Information and analysis department of KASE, formed as the result of widening of department headed by him earlier.

Since September 1998 along with work on KASE Tsalyuk A. Is the General director of daughter organization of KASE - Information agency of financial markets IRBIS LLP.
