/IRBIS, Natalya Kuznetsova, December 21, 06/ - Investment group Seimar LLP (Almaty), which is the shareholder of Alliance Bank JSC (had spread today the informational message about creation of the financial holding Seimar Alliance Financial Corporation (SAFC).

In the message is said that SAFC is the classic holding company, created in form of joint stock company with shareholders' equity 690 m. US dollars and owing the control shareholdings (stakes) in daughter companies, which provide various financial services to population and juridical persons.

holding SAFC is planning to widen its presence on financial market of Kazakhstan and neighboring countries and intends in the first half-year of year 2007 to increase the shareholders' equity to $1 bn.

Considering the indicators of its daughter bank Alliance Bank JSC for today SAFC has the market stake 22% in retail and 37% in consumer's crediting and is leading by the rates of growth of credits volumes and deposits of population, insurances premiums and network sales of financial products. The total amount of employees in SAFC and 30 daughter companies as of December 1, 2006 exceeded 6,500 people, number of sales points - more then 600, sales agents - more then 2,000.

Since December 1, 2006 as the managing director of SAFC is appointed Bertran Gossar.

As it is said in the message, the main task of Mr. Gossar is the development of business of SAFC in the sphere of retail banking and consumer financing in Kazakhstan and abroad. It is planning that since January 1, 2007 Mr. Gossar will enter to the staff of Board of Directors of Alliance Bank JSC.
