/KASE, August 28, 06/ - Kazkommertsbank JSC (Almaty), whose shares and bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official list under "A" category, has spread today the press release, saying:

Kazkommertsbank informs of signing on August 23, 2006 the new syndicate loan for $850 m. with borrowing term equaled to 1.5 year.

Citibank, N.A., Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, ING, Wholesale Banking and Mizuho Corporate Bank, Ltd organized the deal.

The primary amount of the deal, initiated on July 14, 2006, made $500 m., however, as a result of the fact that the credit was specially kindly accepted by the market, the sum was increased up to $850 m.

Received funds will be spent on financing the diverse import-export contracts, and also on corporate needs of clients of Kazkommertsbank.
