KASE sticks to ESG-principles, improves qualification of BOD members
As part of compliance with the ESG principles and pursuing the best corporate governance practices, KASE strives to improve the skills of members of the Board of Directors.
KASE BoD, starting from 2021, decided to pass the international certification program IoD Chartered Director.
Thus, currently, members of KASE's Board of Directors, including independent directors, are being trained under the program "International corporate governance", which includes the IoD Chartered Director program.
KASE BoD member Yeldar Abdrazakov passed the international certification of Chartered Director by the Institute of Directors, confirming his high professional qualifications. Y. Abdrazakov successfully completed all stages of the IoD Chartered Director qualification (Certificate in Company Direction, 2021, Diploma in Company Direction, 2022, Chartered Director, 2023).
Institute of Directors (IoD, UK) is the only organization in the world that is authorized by the Royal Charter to confirm the professional qualification of a director to serve on boards of directors. The IoD Chartered Director is a program that brings together the experience and best practices of directors and boards of directors in companies around the world.
