KASE Day in Almaty
On November 21, 2019 Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) conducted a meeting with representatives of major companies from Almaty and partners of the Exchange in the format of business-breakfast "KASE Day in Almaty".
The event is aimed at informing entrepreneurs about possibilities of fundraising through stock market instruments as an alternative to the banking lending.
Participants of "KASE Day in Almaty" were provided an opportunity to get to know about ways of raising funds for businesses through stock market instruments, advantages of new products on the stock market, as well as discuss with experts the most recent trends in the development of Kazakhstan's exchange market.
During the event the entrepreneurs could ask the speakers questions about fundraising and investing opportunities on the stock market, including primary offering of shares and exchange bonds.
The business-breakfast was attended by representatives of akimdik of Almaty, the Regional chamber of entrepreneurs "Atameken" in Almaty, Entrepreneurship development fund "Damu", enterprises of Almaty and representatives of mass media.
The event in the format of business-breakfast is conducted by the Exchange on a regular basis since 2017. In the current year "KASE Day" was held in Shymkent, Aktobe, Tashkent (Uzbekistan), Minsk (Belarus) and Moscow (Russia).
