2017 awards to the most active members of kase, listed companies and mass media representatives
On February 14, 2018 KASE held an award ceremony for the most distinguished members of the Exchange, listed companies, demonstrating a clear desire for transparency in their activities, as well as representatives of the media (media) who actively covered the Kazakhstan stock market and KASE's activities in 2017.
KASE conducts such a procedure annually, as a rule, improving the requirements for nominees.
With diplomas "For Aspiration for transparency", the Exchange noted the following listing companies:
financial sector companies:
- Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC;
- Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan JSC;
non-financial sector companies:
- KazMunaiGas Exploration Production JSC;
- KazTransOil JSC.
In the nomination "Market Leader" the following Exchange members were awarded:
- Freedom Finance JSC (stock market);
- BCC Invest JSC (corporate bond market);
- Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (government securities market).
In the nomination "The Underwriter of the year" were awarded:
- SkyBridge Invest JSC (stock market);
- Kazkommerts Securities JSC (corporate bond market).
In the nomination "The Market-maker of the year" awarded with diplomas:
- Freedom Finance JSC (stock market);
- Kazkommerts Securities JSC (corporate bond market);
- Subsidiary Organization of the People's Bank of Kazakhstan" Halyk Finance JSC(corporate bond market).
The Exchange awarded Freedom Finance JSC with diplomas "For a significant contribution to attracting investors" and "For the development of the derivatives market" for 2017.
KASE also encouraged media representatives with diplomas:
- Alexander Vorotilov (Forbes Kazakhstan magazine) was awarded in the nomination "The Best Article in Printed Media";
- in the nomination "The best material on Internet resources" - Valentina Vladimirskaya (Interfax-Kazakhstan news agency);
- in the nomination "The best TV-news story" - Victoria Kuchma (Atameken Business Channel TV channel).
