/KASE, April 18, 2024/ – As announced earlier, the Management Board of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on April 16, 2024 decided to include bonds
KZ2P00011117 (ORBSb2; KZT1,000, KZT1.5 bn; 360 days; monthly coupon, will
be determined based on the results of the first successful trading session on
placement of bonds; 30/360) of Orbis Leasing LLP (Almaty) in the "commercial
bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market.
The effective date of this decision of the Management Board is April 18, 2024.
The opening of trades in the indicated bonds on KASE will be announced
additionally.
