/KASE, August 1, 2023/ – As announced earlier, the Listing Commission of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on July 31, 2023 made a decision to
include bonds KZ2P00009871 (CLSGb2; KZT1,000, KZT2.0 bn; 2 years; semi-
annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful
trading on the offering of bonds; 30/360) of Capital Leasing Group LLP (Almaty)
in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market.
The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is August 1,
2023.
The opening of trades in said bonds on KASE will be announced later.
