/KASE, November 17, 2022/ – The Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) decided to exclude common shares US90184L1026 ("KASE Global" sector,
TWTR_KZ) of Twitter Inc. (US) from KASE official list, effective November 18,
2022.
The decision to delist was made in accordance with sub-item 5) of item 3 of
Article 19 of the Listing Rules on the basis of a notice from Freedom Finance
JSC, who initiated the admission of the said shares, of the delisting of the
said shares on November 8, 2022 from the official list of the New York Stock
Exchange (NYSE Equity), as well as their exclusion from the S&P 500 index.
