(USA) has been suspended on KASE from November 1, 2022. Trading has been suspended in accordance with sub-item 1) of item 1 of Article 11-2 of KASE's internal document "Regulations on carrying out of exchange activities" due to KASE receiving information that trading in these shares has been suspended since October 28, 2022 on the New York Stock Exchange, which is the main market, as well as the procedure for their delisting from the New York Stock Exchange in connection with the merger of Twitter Inc. and X Holdings II, Inc. has commenced.
