/KASE, September 19, 2022/ – AstanaGas KMG JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that "due to the lack of a quorum, the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (hereinafter – EGM) of AstanaGas KMG JSC scheduled for September 15, 2022 cannot be conducted. Based on the above-mentioned, the EGM of AstanaGas KMG JSC is postponed to a later date".
