/KASE, August 23, 2022/ – AstanaGas KMG JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of
postponing the date of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders
scheduled for August 22, 2022, to 10:00 o'clock on September 15, 2022.
