/KASE, August 3, 2022/ – AstanaGas KMG JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will start on August 22,
2022 at 10:00 o'clock, with the only item on its agenda being the issue of
termination of powers of a member of the Board of Directors S. Makashev and
election of K. Tileubayev as a member of the Board of Directors.
